Flexibility
Many managed serviced apartments and leaseback opportunities present excellent opportunities for generating rental income, however do not provide any flexibility should circumstances change, tying investors into long contracts for up to 20 years.
Units in this development can be purchased with three rental options, providing up to a month of personal use, full personal use, or a guaranteed fixed term rental.
Rental contracts with the management company can be taken out on a yearly basis or longer, depending on the individual circumstances of each client.
It is not necessary to decide on which rental option to take, or if you wish to opt out of the rental schemes entirely, until 12 months before the completion of the project.
